Job summary
The Gillman Companies in Houston seeks an Experienced Sales Representative to grow our automotive sales team. Use your sales skills, outstanding customer service and industry knowledge to convert prospects into lifetime customers and maximize profits.
You will own every step of the sales process—from prospecting to vehicle delivery—demonstrate inventory, review monthly plans, and collaborate with leadership to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or related field.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must pass pre-employment screening (MVR, drug screen, background).
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement dealership sales process.
- Own every aspect of the sales process (prospecting to vehicle delivery).
- Present and demonstrate inventory.
- Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain CSI, gross average and monthly units to standards.
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.
- Must be familiar with CRM software.
