Gillman Automotive Group in Houston, TX is seeking an Experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery, demonstrate inventory, and work to build lifetime customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a valid US work eligibility, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening, including MVR and background checks. A sales license is required and prior CRM experience is a plus.

• 2+ years' of experience in sales
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug screen, and criminal background check
• Sales license required

Mansioni

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
