Qualifications

Sales experience or training is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of dealership sales processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement dealership sales process.
Own every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
Maintain CSI, Gross Average and monthly units to standards.
Stay up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications.
Familiar with CRM software and using it for sales workflows.
