The Gillman Companies in Houston is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the car buying journey, from greeting to delivery. You will use product knowledge and relationship-building to understand needs and close deals.

You’ll collaborate with a motivated sales team in a supportive environment, with opportunities to grow and advance as you help customers find the right vehicle while earning rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Own every aspect of the sales process - from greeting the customer to delivery.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports and prepare and review monthly plans with sales leaders.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
