Qualifications

• Proven track record of high CSI and sales volume.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.
• Long-term stability in previous employment.
• Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal, beyond administrative duties.
• Experience in dealership management or operations, automotive sales management, financial statement analysis, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team using accountability management principles.
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.
