Competenze

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or F&I with a strong track record.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
