Moran Automotive is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This leadership role is essential to maintaining Moran Automotive’s reputation in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or F&I with a strong track record.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize Oplogic/DealerBuilt for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
