Qualifikationen

• College degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Experience desking and closing deals is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage total store operations including associate development and profitability.
• Utilize reports and monitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Improve processes to enhance customer and employee experience
• Interview, hire, train and promote employees to support growth
• Provide timely feedback and conduct performance reviews
• Lead the senior management team with strategy and vision
• Plan and manage inventory for new and used vehicles
• Ensure efficient handling of showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic
