Moran VW of Sterling Heights is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Volkswagen service department. You will schedule appointments, quote repairs, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and service processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage repair appointments for customers.
• Answer questions about warranty coverage and loaner availability.
• Provide accurate repair cost estimates to customers.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional work.
• Explain completed repairs, review costs, and suggest maintenance at pickup.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
• Write repair orders, track jobs in progress, and process warranty approvals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the automotive business and technology.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and manage repair appointments for customers
