Job summary

Central Automotive Group is seeking New Car Sales Associates to help customers identify needs and promote vehicle offers. You will meet with customers, showcase options, explain features and warranties, and arrange test drives with proper documentation.

The role involves negotiating prices, determining financing/ownership options with the finance team, reaching out to past customers, and generating fresh leads to support dealer sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Houston Sales License can be obtained at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the dealership.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain features and warranties.
• Answer questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation per best practices.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine financing and ownership options.
• Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicles.
• Generate new business leads.
