Job summary

Central Automotive Group in Houston, TX seeks a Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles for personal and commercial use. You will meet with customers, discuss their needs, promote sales offers, and participate in test drives with interested customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, showcasing vehicles, explaining features and warranties, answering financing questions, and coordinating with the finance department to determine ownership options.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Houston Sales License can be obtained at time of hire.
• Must have valid driver\'s license.
• Must be at least 22 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership.
• Showcase the dealership\'s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.
• Answer customer questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers\' vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer\'s financing and ownership options.
• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
• Generate new business leads.
• Additional duties as needed to support the sale of vehicles and activities of the sales team.
