Qualifications

• Automotive sales background preferred.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport with customers and presents vehicles in a friendly, professional manner to encourage loyalty.
• Conducts walk-arounds and test drives, explains features, safety, and financing options.
• Gathers information to understand buying motives and preferred vehicles.
• Assists with paperwork and legal documents related to the sale.
• Maintains customer records before, during, and after the sale.
• Prospects for new customers and referrals via internet leads, email, and calls.
• Works scheduled hours and participates in in-house and factory training.
• Notifies manager of vehicle issues to maintain a clean inventory.
• Contributes to teamwork and a safe work environment.
