CarGuys Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a results-driven sales manager to lead a high-performance auto sales team. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring exceptional customer and owner satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in dealership operations and financial analysis, and a demonstrated history of stable employment. You will drive forecast accuracy and oversee both new and used vehicle operations.
