What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of schools in hosting Book Fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy initiatives
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with CRM or sales automation tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders

- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
- Proven leadership qualities and experience in managing multiple priorities
