What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify prospects to understand their needs and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Establish rapport with educators and administrators to promote literacy and support school communities
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and refine sales techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, or event management
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
- Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
