Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful business development or sales experience in transportation tech or ITS.
• Hunter mindset with ability to create opportunities.
• Experience selling to public-sector transportation agencies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the United States.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with DOTs, MPOs, and municipalities.
• Build trusted relationships with transportation decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
• Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate value to technical and executive audiences.
• Represent GoodVision at industry events and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
