Job summary

Image Sensing Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand adoption of Autoscope Analytics by building trusted relationships with transportation consulting firms and integrating our capabilities into project workflows.

You will identify where behavioral traffic data and video analytics strengthen client work, support early proposals, and help consultant teams become confident, autonomous users of the platform.

Qualifications

• Established relationships within the transportation consulting community.
• Deep understanding of how consultants develop scopes, analyze data, and deliver to public-sector clients.
• Experience selling technical services through consultants to public-sector transportation agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with practice leaders, project managers, engineers, planners, and safety professionals across priority consulting firms.
• Help consultant users apply Autoscope Analytics within workflows, including early project setup and client-facing deliverables.
• Assist on initial proposals, scopes, and studies to apply capabilities in real client work.
• Transition consultant teams from assisted to independent, repeatable use of Autoscope Analytics.
• Grow usage within firms by identifying additional offices, practices, projects, and applications.
• Surface recurring consultant needs to inform future extensions of capabilities.
• Manage opportunities from outreach through scoping, contracting, and handoff with a clear CRM pipeline.
