Job summary

New Eagle LLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated new-business development manager to grow the top of our sales funnel across Autonomy, Life Extension, and Body Builders lanes. You will generate net-new opportunities, qualify them, and support the transition to the SME account executive at a stage gate.

Your success is measured in doors opened and qualified pipeline created for the team. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions and reports to the Executive Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years SDR, BDR, or new-business sales experience.
• Proven outbound prospecting track record.
• Disciplined CRM and qualification habits.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: research, contact, and develop net-new accounts across three lanes.
• Installed-base conversion: pursue legacy controllers and migrate to current platform.
• Rigorous qualification: assess fit, capture data at intake, and document details.
• Handoff discipline: deliver clean, fully documented opportunities to account executives at the stage gate.
• Marketing partnership: collaborate on campaigns and inbound lead flow.
