Job summary

Rize Federal Credit Union in Nevada seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team, grow member relationships, and shape the member experience at one of our Nevada branches. You will oversee the Sahara or Henderson branch along with up to two micro-branches, driving branch performance, member growth, and digital adoption within a culture of collaboration and accountability.

You will champion consultative, relationship-based conversations that deepen members' financial relationships, partner with teams

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial services sales and member service.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.

• Deliver an exceptional member experience, resolve escalated concerns, and educate on digital options.
