Job summary

Rize Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Sahara or Henderson branch and supervise one to two micro-branches in the Nevada market. The role focuses on driving performance, member growth, and a digital-first experience.

You will cultivate relationships, partner across the credit union, and own sales and service goals while managing risk and building an engaged team aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of financial institution sales and member service experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Working knowledge of branch operations, compliance, loan practices, and credit union regulations and risk management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and core banking and teller platforms; familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills with a consultative approach and high EI.
• Ability to interpret financial data, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing regulatory needs.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to travel within Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligning branch operations with goals, emphasizing efficiency, member service, and sustainable growth.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate staff through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and service standards.
• Lead by example, resolve escalated member concerns in partnership with other departments.
• Drive member growth through consultative selling and referrals; champion digital adoption.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and monitor fraud/risk.
• Analyze branch performance, manage the branch budget, and support budget processes on time.
• Provide coverage at other Nevada branches as needed; travel within the Nevada market may be required.
