Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across the Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon regions. You will learn and demonstrate surgical use of Neurovascular products, build relationships with physicians, and expand accounts while achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years healthcare or business-to-business sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years Medical Device sales experience preferred.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in OR or Radiology suite with physicians preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to relocate and reside within assigned Territory.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of MedTech Neurovascular products and convert competitive products per policy and sales direction.
• Train to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
• Demonstrate ability to handle customer questions and objections per sales training methodology.
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop relationships, meet quotas for multiple products.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner leading to action.
