Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager to support patients and clients across the Washington territory (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon). You will expand sales of Neurovascular products, demonstrate proper surgical use to physicians, and manage accounts while meeting quotas.

This role requires travel up to 40% and a background in medical devices sales with strong communication skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of healthcare or B2B sales experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or Radiology suites is preferred.
• A valid US driver’s license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of MedTech Neurovascular products and convert competitive products per policy.
• Be trained to demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
• Handle customer product questions and objections in alignment with training.
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, and meet quotas.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner.
