Job summary

Medtronic in Dallas, TX seeks an Associate Territory Manager to partner with field sales and clinical teams. This field-based role covers the Dallas area and surrounding markets, supporting expansion and sales targets while providing in-service activities.

You will train hospital staff, promote Neurovascular products, build relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders, and respond to inquiries. Travel 20–40% including some nights and weekends is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Promotes and sells Neurovascular products within assigned area to meet sales targets.
• Develops and strengthens relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits.
• Identifies selling opportunities and collaborates with sales reps to grow accounts.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
• Promotes education of Medtronic's products and services.
• Executes sales strategy and manages the sales process for the defined area.
• Interfacing with hospital personnel to promote and sell Medtronic products.
• Trains medical personnel in use of Medtronic products.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints; identifies target accounts.

Responsibilities
