Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Dallas, TX area to promote Neurovascular products and support clinical teams in the field. You will build relationships with surgeons, nurses, distributors, and key opinion leaders, and drive case coverage and education in support of growth objectives.

The role requires clinical and product knowledge, strong sales discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with travel expectations across the territory.

Qualifications

• Required: 4+ years in sales/clinical or related medical field, or 2+ years with Associate’s degree.
• Preferred: experience in interventional neurovascular or hospital setting.
• Experience in medical device sales is a plus.
• Proven track record in sales and training.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic Neurovascular products within assigned geography to meet/exceed targets.
• Develops and strengthens relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
• Identifies selling opportunities and collaborates with sales reps to increase account revenue.
• Travels as needed; on-call nights and weekends 20–40%.
