Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Area Sales Representative to drive sales in the Los Angeles area, covering surrounding regions. This field-based role requires extensive travel (about 75%) and close collaboration with physicians and hospital staff to promote Neurovascular/endovascular devices.

You will develop territory plans, build relationships with key accounts, and support product launches while maintaining clinical expertise through ongoing training and customer education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and set annual sales objectives with the Area Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for hospital and institutional customers.
• Analyze territory and target key accounts, monitor competitive activity.
• Collaborate on contracts, pricing and vendor documentation.
• Support product launches and in-services for customers.
• Maintain clinical and technical knowledge through training and publications.
• Prepare reports analyzing territory sales and customer data.
