Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow the North and South Carolina territory. This field-based role covers NC and SC, with preferred locations in Raleigh or Charlotte, working closely with regional leadership to drive adoption of their neurovascular solutions.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, managing revenue and quotas, and delivering strategic plans to exceed targets while navigating a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of medical device sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Establish a daily cadence of presence in accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke call, and training.
• Own the territory revenue, quota, and account strategy; drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Understand each account's needs and patient population, and identify opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology.
• Strategically introduce new products, services, and enhancements, and position our technology against competitors.
