Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive neurosurgical product adoption across a defined territory. You will work directly with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff to provide product expertise, procedural support, and consultative solutions in fast-paced environments.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, case coverage, and building trusted relationships while pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
