Job summary

Stryker in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive field-based sales of neurosurgical products across an assigned territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside or territory-based sales history with goal attainment.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including customer sites and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting neurosurgical products across assigned territory and meet/exceed goals.
• Support product evaluations and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and data.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinical staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts.
