Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking an Account Manager for the Neurosurgery line in the Miami area. The role focuses on sales within a defined territory, with ~90% of time spent in the Operating Room, calling on physicians and OR staff, and collaborating across functions to meet regional targets.

The incumbent will develop business, execute yearly plans, and identify opportunities for product improvements while maintaining extensive product and disease-state knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' B2B sales experience.
• Two years surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to communicate with physicians and OR staff.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Develop a formal business plan at the start of each fiscal year and follow with quarterly territory reports.
• Collaborate with peers to support case coverage and inventory requests.
• Identify new business opportunities and product improvements.
• Maintain high level of product and disease-state knowledge for consultative OR support.
• Operate within budgets and corporate policies; adhere to AdvaMed Sunshine Act.
