Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager to drive Neurosurgery product sales across a defined territory, with 90% of activity in the Operating Room. You will develop territory plans and build relationships with new and existing accounts while coordinating with regional teams to meet revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have a clinical sales background, are highly organized, and can communicate effectively with physicians and OR staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; business or science-related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience; surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate with physicians and OR staff; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a formal territory business plan and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Sell Integra Neurosurgery products in the defined territory with OR-focused calls.
• Build relationships with new accounts and expand within existing ones.
• Coordinate with regional teams to meet financial goals.
