Job summary

Allegheny Health Network’s Jefferson Hospital neurosurgery team seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver comprehensive care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings. You will work with neurosurgeons, APPs, and nurses to evaluate, manage, and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current PA Physician Assistant License.
• PA-C or board eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and management in outpatient clinic, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, APPs, nurses, and staff.
• Perform specialized procedures within scope with privileging.
• Coordinate complex care with patients, families, and team.
• Conduct inpatient rounds and document progress and plans.
• Participate in on-call coverage and rotating schedules.
