Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital seeks an experienced education program administrator to manage Pediatric Education Programs. You will oversee coordinators, ensure ACGME accreditation compliance, and coordinate ERAS/NRMP processes, budgeting, and reporting across multiple fellowships.

You will collaborate with Program Directors, the Vice Chair of Education, and the Administrative Director to maintain efficient operations, track milestones, and ensure timely annual reporting and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Monitors, interprets, and communicates ACGME, ABP, ABIM policies to support compliance.
• Completes national and hospital surveys and reports including ACGME ADS submission and GME reports.
• Uses web-based programs like ACGME WebADS, ERAS, NRMP, for surveys, scheduling, and reports.
• Coordinates department-wide educational events such as the Pediatric Medical Education Summit.
• Manages trainee evaluations, data reporting, and confidential personnel files.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment and onboarding processes for fellows.
• Maintains education budgets and fiscal records for programs.
• Coordinates policy development and implementation within GME and department.
• Oversees scheduling, training, and evaluative sessions across multiple fellowships.
• Assists program directors with data reporting and compliance requirements.
