Job summary

Advocate Medical Group in Charlotte seeks a full-time clinical support assistant to manage patient flow, assist with examinations, and support the delivery of care. The role includes handling vital signs, preparing documentation for scanning, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The position requires 2 years of related experience or a combination of education/experience, strong communication, and CPR certification. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Informs provider regarding delays and the status of waiting patients.
• Assists patients with the self check in process as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of patient care and communication in person and via the telephone.
• Assists with medical record maintenance by preparing documents for scanning.
• Assists with routine clinical tasks and supports the delivery of care.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory par levels; promotes environmental sustainability.
