Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree.
• Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license.
• Requires at least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily non-physician staff and monitors operations.
• Trains, coaches, motivates and conducts performance evaluations.
• Directs workflow and scheduling across offices.
• Liaises between staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains office policies and procedures in line with regulations.
• Manages maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs.
