Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to lead Neurosurgery product line sales within a defined territory. The role concentrates on achieving revenue targets through strategic planning, extensive product knowledge, and superior customer service in the OR environment.

The position requires building relationships with physicians and hospital staff, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regional goals. Requires a degree and sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; business or science background preferred.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience; two years surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal skills; capable of communicating with physicians and OR staff.
• Comfortable negotiating and developing sales plans; team player with hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with accounts not previously sold; meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Create a formal annual business plan and provide monthly/quarterly territory reports.
• Support case coverage with peers; identify new business opportunities.
• Identify product improvements with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
• Maintain high product and disease-state knowledge; provide consultative role in OR per indications.
• Operate within budgets and adhere to corporate policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct.
• Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner as directed.
