Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a Northwest Indiana health system near the Greater Chicagoland area. This full-time, permanent role offers a high-volume surgical practice with a state-of-the-art hospital and EPIC EHR integration with AI enhancements.

You will work with a collegial team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and surgical staff to deliver cranial and spine care, participate in a shared call rotation, and pursue

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings.
• Perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopaedic spine surgeons, and pain management teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient care pathways.
