Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for a full-time, permanent role in the Greater Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana area. You will join a physician-led group with modern hospital infrastructure and AI-enabled EPIC EHR.

The position offers MGMA-based base pay with a high-yield wRVU bonus, generous PTO, comprehensive health benefits, a 403(b) plan with employer matching, CME support, and license/DEA reimbursements.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Indiana medical license (or eligible within 90–120 days).
• Clinical and surgical competency in general neurosurgery and/or subspecialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings.
• Perform clinical workups and elective/emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable neurosurgery call rotation.
• Use advanced surgical tech and EPIC EHR with AI documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate with neurologists, spine surgeons, pain specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient care pathways.
