Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency; board certified or eligible.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible in 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI enhancements.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, safety protocols, and care pathways.
