Job summary
RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for a full‑time, permanent position in the Greater Chicagoland area. You’ll join a physician-led group with high-volume cranial and spine cases, backed by a modern hospital system and EPIC EHR integration with AI enhancements.
Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO, complete ACGME Neurological Surgery residency, and have or will obtain Indiana licensure within ~3 months.
Qualifications
- MD/DO from US or international program.
- ACGME Neurological Surgery residency completed.
- Active/inactive Indiana license or eligible within ~3–4 months.
- Expertise in general neurosurgery or subspecialties (spine, skull base, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Provide cranial and spine neurosurgery across all settings.
- Perform evaluations, workups, elective and emergent cases.
- Shared neurosurgery call rotation participation.
- Use advanced surgical tech and EPIC EHR with AI-assisted docs.
- Collaborate with neurologists, spine surgeons, pain and critical care teams.
- Contribute to quality, safety, and care pathway improvements.
