ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in the Greater Chicagoland area. The role offers high-volume cranial and spine cases within a state-of-the-art hospital system and AI-assisted EPIC documentation.

You will collaborate with neurologists and spine specialists, enjoy competitive compensation, sign-on options, a 6-week PTO, and robust CME support in a financially strong health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in neurological surgery.
• Graduate of US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive cranial and spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Conduct clinical evaluations and patient workups; perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, and other care teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, safety protocols, and patient care pathways.
