Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join its physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, near Chicago, delivering high-volume cranial and spine surgery with state-of-the-art resources and EPIC EHR integrated with AI features.

The role requires an MD/DO from a US or international medical school, completion of an ACGME Neurological Surgery residency, and an Indiana license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days.
• Graduate of US medical school or international equivalent (MD/DO).
• Subspecialty fellowship areas such as spine, vascular, skull base, neuro-oncology are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical suite environments.
• Conduct clinical evaluations and patient workups and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways.
