Essenti Talent seeks a Neurosurgeon for the Greater Chicagoland area, NW Indiana, joining a physician-led group with a strong infrastructure and EPIC EHR integration. You will provide high-volume cranial and spine neurosurgical care and collaborate with neurologists, orthopedists, and surgical staff.

The role requires board certification or eligibility, Indiana license (or eligible within 90–120 days), and subspecialty focus.

Formación

• MD or DO from US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed ACGME Neurological Surgery residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.
• Subspecialty fellowship areas (e.g., spine, vascular, skull base, neuro-oncology) welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical suite environments.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways.
