Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, near the Greater Chicagoland area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a high-volume practice within a HIMSS Stage VII hospital system and AI-enhanced EPIC EHR workflows.

You will collaborate with neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, and surgical staff to deliver advanced cranial and spine care, participate in call coverage, and contribute to quality

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency program.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical suite environments.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways.
