You will drive adoption of an innovative therapy at certified treatment centers, building partnerships with psychiatrists and healthcare systems while aligning with regulatory and access frameworks.

This field-based role requires travel up to 70% and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
