Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, buy-and-bill, and site-of-care dynamics.
• Proven success launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, or academic medical centers is desirable.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly.
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers with referrals and pathways.
• Collaborate with certified sites to onboard and optimize treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow considerations.
• Cross-functionally partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and addressing barriers.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and patient journey optimization.
• Manage territory business planning, account prioritization, call planning, and performance tracking.
• Maintain ethical, patient-centric engagement across activities.
