Compass Pathways in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of an innovative mental health therapy at certified treatment centers. This field-based role requires up to 70% travel and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

You will build relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and healthcare systems while delivering compliant, scientifically accurate education and ensuring alignment with reimbursement and patient access processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Familiar with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, and site-of-care dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist with referral pathways and patient access.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to support onboarding and optimization of delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, including scheduling and patient flow; manage territory planning and tracking.
