Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to drive territory development and product adoption among healthcare professionals. You will deliver balanced product information, support buy-and-bill operations, and ensure product availability while maintaining compliance with drug laws and Ipsen policies.

The ideal candidate has a strong pharmaceutical sales background, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel to various HCPs and hospitals across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Experience in neuroscience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.

Responsibilities

• Attain designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, developing and executing effective business plans.
