Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to pass disease/product training exams annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, tenacity and communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced team environment.
• Strong analytical/ data analysis skills to set goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers / facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and lead account leadership using data insights.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages; probe needs and close calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Apply market and therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Address payer access and reimbursement dynamics leveraging Lundbeck resources.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
