Lundbeck LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.

You will build and sustain internal and external relationships, develop account plans, and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities while navigating reimbursement dynamics. Travel up to 30–40% domestically is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2+ years pharma/biopharma/biologics sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to score highly on disease/product training exams and annual product knowledge certification.
• Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies with clinical knowledge.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts and drive sales performance.
• Develop and execute fully integrated account plans and territory strategy.
• Navigate payer and reimbursement dynamics to ensure access for patients.
• Ensure compliant promotion in line with policies and FDA regulations.
