Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a Specialty Account Manager to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies and promote AUVELITY for major depressive disorder in adults. This field-based role requires access to clinics and hospitals, with emphasis on building strong customer relationships and advancing patient care.

You will serve as a disease-category expert, manage territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and navigate payer policies to ensure timely patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management.
• Healthcare Professional experience with CNS is preferred.
• Strong track record in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage both virtual and in-person with customers.
• Develop territory business plans to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Promote AUVELITY in accordance with labeling and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand payer policies.
• Collaborate across marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
• Provide timely territory activity updates and feedback to leadership.
• Attend congresses and society meetings as needed.
• Ensure patient access through patient services and savings programs.
